Kala is passionate about empowering women to recognize their inherent self-worth. Through a warm and compassionate approach, Kala can help you reduce anxiety, improve your self-esteem, and develop a healthy, loving relationship with yourself. She believes that healing emotional wounds and developing a compassionate inner narrative is the key to improving personal relationships and overall enjoyment of life.

Kala uses an attachment-based approach to examine how relationships and experiences have impacted the women she works with. She also teaches DBT and CBT skills as an avenue to greater emotion management, and has specialized training in perinatal mental health.
