Aditi Pathare

Hi, I’m Aditi (she/her), a Registered Clinical Counsellor based in the Lower Mainland. I have years of experience in the field of healing and mental health, supporting individuals through trauma, identity exploration, relational challenges, and life transitions. My work is rooted in trauma-informed, relational, and culturally responsive care, and I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can feel deeply seen, safely held, and supported in reclaiming their stories. My approach is integrative and collaborative, I believe that healing happens not only through insight but through embodiment, relationship, and re-connection.
In our work together, you do not need to justify the parts of you shaped by culture, identity, or lived experience. I strive to hold a therapeutic space where all of your intersecting identities are welcomed, witnessed, and honoured, where you don’t have to explain your existence to be understood.
Whether we’re working with trauma wounds, the nervous system, the inner critic, or stories shaped by systems of oppression, I strive to meet you with warmth, care, and presence. Therapy with me might include grounding practices, parts work, storytelling, or simply creating space to breathe and feel.
Outside the therapy room, I stay connected to my own healing through nature, community, movement and art. I believe healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to start, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
